Introversion Coaching
As an introvert, do you feel misunderstood, lacking confidence, or overwhelmed by the bustle of daily life? Introverts flourish in tranquil environments and recharge in solitude or with close companions. Sharing this disposition, I understand our unique challenges, such as the exhaustion from constant stimulation, the struggle to assert ourselves in team settings, and the misconception that our quiet nature means we lack confidence. Allow me to empower you to navigate an extroverted world with assurance, leveraging your introspective strengths to communicate effectively and confidently.
As an introvert myself, I know the joys and challenges of being an introvert in an extrovert-biased world. I have been an introvert all my life, and I have learned how to embrace my personality and use it to my advantage. I have worked for a multinational company as a technician and then manager, working and living in 5 different countries over the last 20 years, where I have used my introvert strengths of creativity, insight, and adaptability. My introversion did not stop me from creating a fulfilling work life, instead it helped me to challenge myself. I have also helped many introverts like you to create a happy and fulfilling life, whether you are looking for more confidence, more balance, more meaning, or more impact. I work with you to understand your needs and goals, and tailor my coaching accordingly. I use various tools and techniques to help you gain clarity, focus, confidence, and resilience. I also provide you with feedback, accountability, and encouragement along the way.

What is Introversion?
Introversion is a personality trait that describes how you source and spend your energy. Introverts gain energy from their inner world of thoughts, feelings, and imagination, and lose energy in social situations. Extroverts, on the other hand, gain energy from the outer world of people, activities, and stimulation, and lose energy in solitude.
Introversion and extroversion are not black-and-white categories, but rather a spectrum. Most people have some degree of both, but tend to lean one way or the other. Introversion is also not the same as shyness, social anxiety, or depression, although some introverts may experience these conditions.
Introversion is a normal, healthy, and valuable element of human diversity. Introverts have many strengths and contributions to offer to the world, such as creativity, insight, empathy, and innovation. However, introverts often face challenges and pressures in a society and culture that tends to favor extroversion. Introverts may struggle with self-esteem, communication, relationships, career, and well-being, as they try to fit in, conform, or cope with expectations and demands that are not aligned with their true nature.
